- All payments should be paid in full 7 days prior to training commencing.
- Persons canceling more than 7 days prior to the training date will receive a full refund on any monies paid to Training Masters
- Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to training date cancellation will incur a $50 dollar fee.
- Persons wishing to undertake studies at Training Masters are required to complete an enrolment form prior to the training course.
- Persons wishing to apply for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) should indicate so on the enrolment form.
- Enrolment will only be confirmed upon payment of course fees as per the Payment and Refund policy.
- Any information provided to Training Masters will be treated with confidentiality and will not be disclosed to any third party without the student’s written permission.
- All other conditions and information is set out in the Participants Handbook.
